From the moment I reached out, Arly made me feel completely at ease — which was not a normal sensation throughout our wedding planning process. We hired her for Day-of Event Coordination, but she did so much more than that. She took charge of vendor communication, showed incredible initiative, and brought such a kind demeanor to everything she did. With her degree in event management, Arly is a true professional — and it shows in everything she does. This clearly wasn't her first rodeo, and for that, I was so thankful.
Arly also has fantastic taste and truly understands the vision you're trying to accomplish. She takes direction extremely well, but also isn't afraid to offer great ideas of her own. She worked seamlessly with our entire vendor team — Snyder and Hughes Rentals, our venue at Holy City Brewing's Porter Room, our photographers Sean Money + Elizabeth Fay, and Roland Feldman Catering. She helped set up our decorations and coordinated closely with our lighting installer, Methodical Design Solutions, and our band, The Eighty Sixers. Every single one of them echoed how much they loved working with her!
On top of supporting us the month before the wedding AND coordinating day of (including both our ceremony and reception venues) she also joined us to help coordinate the rehearsal at the chapel the day before the wedding. Because of her, everything ran so smoothly that it allowed our friends and family to simply relax and enjoy being guests.
